Have you ever seen a breakdown of what percentage of the total US public the 40 Republican senators represent? That would be interesting to hear about, much more interesting than ad nauseum discussions of the White House party crashers. California having 37 million and only 2 (Democratic) senators vs Wyoming with 500,000 and 2 (Republican) senators.
